BRICK WALL GOALIE TRAINING

CRUNCH TIME
Join the staff of the Bay State Bullets and Optimal Version for intense drills and stick work! Crunch Time is our most popular training program! We are operating at The Edge in Bedford. Crunch Time will lead players right into the long anticipated spring season.
Crunch Time will prepare players for their spring tryouts. It is known to high school lacrosse players for intense strength and conditioning, fast-paced drills, and competitive play. Groups will be formed by towns and our coaches on staff represent many high school varsity programs in the area! Players will complete Crunch Time feeling confident and prepared as they take to the field this spring.
